Prim is a spreadable goat's cheese with plenty of natural sugar. It is slightly grainy, because not all the protein is broken down in the process, and the taste takes many people back to childhood.
Prim is good on bread, on waffles and in baking. It is sold frozen, so look for it in the freezer.
