Our cream cheese is a cultured, spreadable goat's milk cheese with garlic. It is mild and full, and the garlic gives it a fresh, well-judged punch. We tried several flavours and garlic won.
It is good on bread, as a dip, as the base of a white pizza and in pasta sauce.
