Tradition and quality
In our bakery we keep the old craft traditions alive. We make flatbread, kling and other traditional Norwegian baked goods just as it has been done for generations. Each day starts with fresh dough and a pride in preserving the old craftsmanship.

Griddle-baked pizza bases
Our pizza bases are made with respect for tradition and authentic craftsmanship. They're baked on a griddle, giving them a distinctive style – an excellent thin pizza base with both Norwegian and Italian character. When freshly baked, we use them in our café at Lega. The rest are dried for 24 hours, allowing them to keep for up to 8 months without compromising quality or taste. The pizza bases are packed 4 per package and shipped to customers across Norway.

Whey flatbread and beer flatbread
Whey flatbread is a hearty flatbread baked with whey, a byproduct from cheese-making. This gives a mild, slightly tangy bread with good flavor and crispy texture. Beer flatbread is a light, salty flatbread – almost like a snack.

Traditional kling
Our kling is traditional to West Telemark. It's soft and rich, well-filled with butter and sugar. This creates a moist kling with a sweet and mild taste. The kling is baked on a griddle, ensuring even cooking and the right consistency. It's perfect with coffee, for serving in the café, or as a treat for special occasions.
